PERSONAL DAYS AND HOLIDAYS. Executive shall be entitled to be reimbursed for six (6) personal leave days per year (earned at the rate of 1 personal day for every 2 months of employment) and sick days in keeping with Capital's policy regarding executives. Executive shall be entitled to holidays in accordance with Capital's company policy.
