Personal Injury Compensation. Up to JPY 30 million per person. The cost of bodily injury (including physical impairment) or death of passenger caused by an accident shall be compensated regardless of the degree of the driver’s responsibility for the accident. Damage amounts shall be calculated based on the insurance policy.
