Common use of Personal Property Damage Clause in Contracts

Personal Property Damage. Upon submission of reasonable proof, where an employee's personal clothing and needed tools of trade are damaged by a person in the care or custody of the Employer, the Employer shall pay, up to a maximum of $100, for the repair or replacement costs of personal deductible insurance, provided such personal possessions are of a type suitable for use while on duty.
