Common use of PERSONAL PROPERTY FUND Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL PROPERTY FUND. 49-1. The District shall establish a fund of five-thousand dollars ($5,000.00) in each year of this Agreement which shall be used as a source of reimbursement to Bargaining Unit Members, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Article, for the cost of replacing or repairing personal property which is damaged, destroyed or lost while the employee is acting in the proper performance of his/her duties.
