PERSONAL SERVICE RECORDS. SECTION 9.1 Any Communications Officer shall be permitted to review his Personal Service Records, and may receive a copy of any item in his file at a cost of $2.00 for the first 20 pages and $0.10 for each additional page to cover the cost of duplication, during normal daytime working hours, excluding weekends and holidays. The County shall not suffer a loss of the employee’s services as a result of this activity.
