PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT STANDARDS. A. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Standards It is required that all individuals who engage in fire suppression activities, under this Agreement, have and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). A list of required PPE for unique equipment is provided in this Agreement. PPE and other gear shall not be replaced with suppression funds, the exception are those items that have been approved through the Incident Replacement/Claims process.
PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT STANDARDS. Subcontractor shall maintain competent and adequate supervision and a sufficient number of skilled and competent workmen and sufficient equipment, materials and supplies to perform the Work called for under a Statement of Work.
