Personnel certification. Reseller shall send the completed PECB examination materials to PECB for review in full accordance with PECB’s examination policies and procedures. If PECB determines that the End User has successfully passed the Certification Examination, and otherwise meets the other applicable Certification requirements, PECB shall issue to the End User the Certification.
Personnel certification. Personnel certification ensures that everyone who is using the fixed network or MV-90 applications has received the same consistent training as well as attained the same level of knowledge that enables Duquesne and the Contractor to run the systems more effectively, efficiently, and reduce the cost in terms of retraining, and most important, not getting the most from the system that you can. Certification shall be performed through a series of courses and exams that test the knowledge that should be gained from the course. The exam shall be administered by the Contractor or a neutral third-party. There may be some occasions when the exam shall be administered at the conclusion of the course. Personnel not holding applicable certification(s) shall be required to be enrolled in future training class to be able to support the systems.
