Maintenance Support Services definition

Maintenance Support Services means the maintenance support services for the On-Premises System, Software and/or Hardware to be performed by Contractor as defined and described in Section 1.5 of this Exhibit.

Maintenance Support Services means the delivery of Updates and technical support to be provided pursuant to the terms of this Agreement repairing or replacing Program that does not operate in accordance with its written specifications

Maintenance Support Services means the support services provided by Accellion to Customer in accordance with the applicable Maintenance Support Policy as described in Section 5.

Examples of Maintenance Support Services in a sentence

• If the Customer or an End User requires Maintenance Support Services to be provided in respect of equipment other than that on the Supported Equipment List, the Customer may request that additional equipment be included on the Supported Equipment List by following the process set out in Schedule 5, but such new equipment shall be subject to the conditions and exclusions set out in Schedule 2.

• If the Customer wishes to remove such an item of Equipment from the Supported Equipment List (for any reason) during such 12 month minimum term such that the Customer will no longer be entitled to receive Maintenance Support Services in respect of that item, the Customer shall continue to be liable to pay the Charges for that item of Equipment for the remaining period of the Minimum Term.

• Square Box and you agree that certain confidential information (including but not limited to know-how, documents, user guides, software, any support advice provided by Square Box in connection with the maintenance services in written or verbal form and anything else marked as confidential) may be exchanged throughout the performance of the Maintenance Support Services.

More Definitions of Maintenance Support Services

Maintenance Support Services means the post-production services provided by MPOWER as part of the Core Services that do not provide for upgrades or general enhancements to the MPOWER Software, which are provided through the Maintenance FEE.

Maintenance Support Services means the provision of technical assistance, as well as updates, upgrades and enhancements, to Customers that choose to subscribe to such supplementary services, all as set forth in Section 8 below;

Maintenance Support Services means the field replacement and maintenance support services as described in section(s) of Schedule 2;

Maintenance Support Services means the maintenance and support of the Technology conducted by ATL, its agents or contractors, for Customer as further described on Exhibit A (Maintenance & Support Services), if applicable.

Maintenance Support Services means the maintenance and support services to be provided by Company with respect to the Licensed Software as described in the M&S Policy.

Maintenance Support Services shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the SLA (as defined below).

Maintenance Support Services means the provision of technical assistance and Platform updates, upgrades and enhancements, provided to Customers that choose to subscribe to such supplementary services, all as set forth in section 11 below.
