Maintenance Support Services definition

Maintenance Support Services means the maintenance support services for the On-Premises System, Software and/or Hardware to be performed by Contractor as defined and described in Section 1.5 of this Exhibit.

Maintenance Support Services means the delivery of Updates and technical support to be provided pursuant to the terms of this Agreement repairing or replacing Program that does not operate in accordance with its written specifications

Maintenance Support Services means the post-production services provided by MPOWER as part of the Core Services that do not provide for upgrades or general enhancements to the MPOWER Software, which are provided through the Maintenance Fee.
