Maintenance Support Services means the maintenance support services for the On-Premises System, Software and/or Hardware to be performed by Contractor as defined and described in Section 1.5 of this Exhibit.

CloudNine warrants to You that Maintenance & Support Services and the Professional Services (collectively, the “Services”) hereunder will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with good usage and accepted practices as established in the community in which such Services are performed.
More Definitions of Maintenance Support Services
Maintenance Support Services means the post-production services provided by MPOWER as part of the Core Services that do not provide for upgrades or general enhancements to the MPOWER Software, which are provided through the Maintenance Fee.
Maintenance Support Services means the provision of technical assistance, as well as updates, upgrades and enhancements, to Customers that choose to subscribe to such supplementary services, all as set forth in Section 8 below;
