Common use of Personnel compliance Clause in Contracts

Sponsor personnel who participate in the Project at a Purdue facility must (a) comply with all published Purdue University policies and procedures applicable to campus visitors and researchers (including as set forth at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/policies/), (b) submit to facility-use training at the direction of Purdue, and (c) not be a registered sex offender.
