Personnel Recruitment. Except as expressly permitted by other written agreement(s) between FIS and FNT, FIS agrees, during the Term, not to recruit and/or hire any personnel then employed by FNT. Except as expressly permitted herein or by other written agreement(s) between FIS and FNT, FNT agrees, during the Term, not to recruit and hire any personnel then employed by FIS. The provisions of this Section 8.7 shall not apply to any solicitation conducted by, or any hiring resulting from, general public advertising (including newspapers and trade publications) or the self-directed efforts of a placement professional.
