Personnel Titles and Hourly Rates. 4.1 Prior to entering into any agreement between the Architect/Engineer and the Owner, and the Architect/Engineer and its consultants, the Architect/Engineer shall submit a full list of all personnel titles and the hourly wage for each. The initial list is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”. The hourly rates contained therein may be adjusted annually in accordance with the usual and customary salaries of the architectural profession in the area of Architect/Engineer’s office, to rates mutually approved by the Owner and the Architect/Engineer.
