Persons Affected by Alcohol and/or Other Drugs 3.1 A person who is under the influence of alcohol and/or any other drug will not be allowed to work on a building site whilst he/she is incapable of performing safe work practices.
HELP FOR PERSONS AFFECTED BY ALCOHOL AND/OR OTHER DRUGS The OH&S Committee and management will provide information and assistance to persons seeking help for alcohol/drug problems or related problems, confidentially and without prejudice. • Sick leave or leave without pay may be negotiated to enable participation in rehabilitation or counselling. • No-one will be disadvantaged in the workplace as a result of undertaking a rehabilitation program.
Covered Persons Training All Covered Persons shall receive at least three hours of training during the first Reporting Period. Training may be completed in-person or online. These training requirements may be satisfied only by the completion of training courses that are submitted to OIG, prior to registration for the training course, for review and approval. Agreements by Third Parties Business Associate shall enter into an agreement with any subcontractor of Business Associate that creates, receives, maintains or transmits PHI on behalf of Business Associate. Pursuant to such agreement, the subcontractor shall agree to be bound by the same or greater restrictions, conditions, and requirements that apply to Business Associate under this Addendum with respect to such PHI.
