Common use of PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES Clause in Contracts

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. CLINIC agrees to comply with the provisions of Section 12 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C.A. 794 et seq., as implemented in 45 CFR 84.1 et seq.), 13 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C.A. 12101, et seq.), pertaining to the 14 prohibition of discrimination against qualified persons with disabilities in all programs or activities, as 15 they exist now or may be hereafter amended together with succeeding legislation.

CLINIC INTERMEDIARY agrees to comply with the provisions of Section 12 27 §504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C.A. 794 et seq., as implemented in 45 CFR 84.1 28 et seq.), 13 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C.A. 12101, et seq.), pertaining to the 14 29 prohibition of discrimination against qualified persons with disabilities in all programs or activitiesdisabilities, as 15 they exist now or may be 30 hereafter amended together with succeeding legislation.
