Common use of Petitions Clause in Contracts

Petitions. 5.6.5.1. Petitions are sometimes used by groups to offer their opinions on an issue. Any submitted petition should clearly state on each page the purpose of the petition, and should have an organiser contact name and address / e-mail. 5.6.5.2. All correspondence will be directed to the contact details given of the person organising the petition; individual acknowledgement will not be sent to individual signatories of the petition, and they will not automatically get added to the RLDP database and informed of the next stages.
