Staffing Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NLCS will provide the services of the individual identified on the attached Schedule B, as may be amended from time to time by NLCS in its sole discretion (the “Chief Compliance Officer”), who shall be appointed by the Board as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Trust and each Fund of the Trust. Engineering Network engineering handles the technical aspects of the project, resolution of problems escalated by the NOC, planning for future network expansion, and improving performance and process. Engineering interacts directly with AOL and the NOC.
Securing Physical Facilities Transfer Agent shall maintain systems located in Transfer Agent facilities that host Fund Data or provide services under the Agreement in an environment that is designed to be physically secure and to allow access only to authorized individuals. A secure environment includes the availability of onsite security personnel on a 24 x 7 basis or equivalent means of monitoring locations supporting the delivery of services under the Agreement.
HORIZONR Gateway HORIZONR Gateway provides customers with the ability to (i) generate reports using information maintained on the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System which may be viewed or printed at the customer’s location; (ii) extract and download data from the Multicurrency HORIZONR Accounting System; and (iii) access previous day and historical data. The following information which may be accessed for these purposes: 1) holdings; 2) holdings pricing; 3) transactions, 4) open trades; 5) income; 6) general ledger and 7) cash.
Engineering Services The Borrower’s Engineer will provide engineering services covering planning and design, operation of the System, and the supervision and inspection of the construction of the Project. The Borrower’s Engineer will provide to the Department the certificate required by Section 3.4.
