Pharmacy Tech Check. A Pharmacy Tech assigned Tech Check duties by management will be paid an additional fifty cents ($0.50) per hour when assigned such duties. The Tech Check premium will not be a part of regular rate.

Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.
PRODUCT MANUFACTURER'S SUPPLIERS Only those dealers/distributors listed by the manufacturer will be considered authorized to act on behalf of the Product Manufacturer.
API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws. Distributor The Trust hereby appoints the Distributor as general distributor of shares of beneficial interest (“Series shares”) of the Trust’s WCM Funds series (the “Series”) during the term of this Agreement. Brokers and packagers are not regarded as manufacturers or regular dealers within the meaning of this section. Software Products Save as otherwise set forth in the Agreement, the right to use any Software Product is personal to the Licensee, for its own internal use, and is non-transferable, except with the Licensor’s prior written consent, in which case the Licensee shall cause the assignee or sub-licensee to agree to the terms of this Software License.
Licensee Data Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensee will be solely responsible for backing-up, and taking all appropriate measures to protect and secure, Licensee Data. Licensee acknowledges that Nuix may make, store and maintain back up copies of Licensee Data, but is not obliged to do so. Nuix will not be liable for any loss or corruption of Licensee Data.
Third Party Products and Services Any third-party hardware, software and/or services that is delivered by ResMed for use either standalone or in conjunction with ResMed products and/or services, shall be subject to the third-party terms and conditions and/or license agreements between Customer and the third party. Such third-party hardware, software and/or services is provided by ResMed "AS IS," without any warranty of any kind. Any representations or warranties as to such hardware, software and/or services shall only be as granted by the applicable third parties, if any, that accompany such products and/or software and/or services. Any representations, warranties, or other similar obligations with respect to such third-party hardware, software and/or services flow directly from the third party to Customer and ResMed shall have no responsibility at all for any such representations, warranties, obligations or lack thereof.
