Validation Mechanism To be eligible for articulation, the student must show evidence of their CompTIA A+ certification and it must have been issued within three (3) years prior to their enrollment in the program.
Consultative Mechanism The parties agree that a precondition for the effective operation of the Agreement is the establishment of consultative mechanisms with the Company. To this end, a Consultative Committee, comprising of Company appointed representatives and employee elected representatives should be established and maintained. Officers of the Union shall have a standing invitation to attend any such meeting. The purpose of the Consultative Committee shall be to consult, develop, recommend and assist to implement strategies and measures designed to achieve the objectives outlined under Clause 4 of this Agreement.
Payment Mechanism All payments under this Agreement shall be made in United States Dollars, unless otherwise agreed, and within ten (10) days after the end of the month in which the obligation to make the payment is incurred to a bank specified by the Party to whom the payment is due.
Move-Out Procedure Prior to either (i) the expiry of the Term, or (ii) the date on which the Resident is to vacate the Residence (detailed in Table 1 & 3), the Manager, or designate, can be requested in advance by the Resident to complete a visual inspection of the Suite to view the state of cleanliness and repair. If no request to inspect the suite is made by the Resident, the inspection will take place once the Resident has vacated the suite. In the event the Resident chooses to have the inspection completed prior to vacating the suite, the Manager, or designate, will inspect the suite and inform the Resident of potential damage and/or cleaning charges and outline what steps the student may take to mitigate charges. On vacating, all garbage and belongings of the Resident must be removed, and the suite must be cleaned to the point of restoring the suite to its original condition. Once the Resident has vacated, the Manager, or designate, will complete a documented visual inspection of the Suite. In the event deficiencies are found, the cost of cleaning the suite and restoring it to its original state may be deducted from the Resident’s original Deposit. There is a minimum cleaning charge of $25.00 and damage charges will be billed accordingly at the cost of restoring the suite to its original condition. Any items left behind by the Resident will be immediately discarded; the Residence shall not be liable to the Resident for any loss of property as a result. As with the “move-in procedures”, care must be exercised to avoid damage to doors, frames, walls, floor coverings and any other part of the Residence. The Resident is financially responsible to pay forthwith for any damage caused on moving out of the Residence.

Alternative Transfer Mechanism The parties agree that the data export solution identified in Section 8.2 shall not apply if and to the extent that MailChimp adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of Personal Data (as recognized under EU Data Protection Laws) outside of the EEA (“Alternative Transfer Mechanism”), in which event, the Alternative Transfer Mechanism shall apply instead (but only to the extent such Alternative Transfer Mechanism extends to the territories to which Personal Data is transferred). Dispute Resolution Mechanism a. Any dispute regarding the administration of the Institute at the Company or plant level shall be subject to expedited resolution by the Chairs of the Union and Company Negotiating Committees and the Executive Director of ICD who shall apply the policies, rules and regulations of the Governing Board and the provisions of this Section in ruling on any such dispute. Rulings of the Executive Director may be appealed to the Governing Board, but shall become and remain effective unless stayed or reversed by the Governing Board.
CONSULTATIVE MECHANISMS Effective consultation is essential for continuous workplace reform and such consultation can take place at any time during the life of a project. Consultative Committees may be set up on larger projects for this purpose.
Alternative The provisions of Paragraph 5 will apply.
Opt-Out Procedure The procedure that enables Eligible Consumers to affirmatively elect not to participate in the program and either remain on or revert to Basic Service.
