Phase Wise Development Sample Clauses

The 'Phase Wise Development' clause outlines that a project or deliverable will be completed in distinct, sequential stages rather than all at once. Typically, this means that each phase must be finished and approved before the next phase begins, and payments or obligations may be tied to the successful completion of each stage. This approach helps manage complex projects by breaking them into manageable parts, allowing for better oversight, risk management, and the opportunity to address issues early in the process.
