Phased Retirement Program (PRP). The Phased Retirement Program contained in Article 26.6 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the United Faculty of Florida and the University of West Florida Board of Trustees is suspended unless and until it is determined to be available to Bargaining Unit members as compliant with applicable law. This suspension of the Phased Retirement Program does not constitute the expression by the United Faculty of Florida of a position regarding the legality of the Phased Retirement Program, nor does this suspension restrict the rights of the United Faculty of Florida to represent Faculty in matters related to the Phased Retirement Program.
