PHI Safeguards. Vendor· shall develop, implement, maintain and use appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to prevent the improper use or disclosure of any PHl received from or on behalf of the Board, or developed by Vendor (including its Staff and subcontractors) for the Board.
