Phosphorus Load Reduction Plans. (a) Phosphorus load reduction plans will be developed and implemented by the Parties in cooperation and full consultation with State and Provincial governments to achieve the phosphorus reductions for Lake Erie and Ontario described in Table 2. The plans will include phosphorus control programs and other measures as outlined in Section 5 and will describe any additional measures which will be undertaken to evaluate and review progress in achieving the phosphorus load reductions. A staged approach, incorporating target dates for achieving further reductions, will be included in the plans to provide the Parties and State and Provincial governments with a framework for implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of controls.

  • SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENTS 34.1 Employees covered by this Agreement will have access to salary sacrifice arrangements in addition to the compulsory arrangement detailed above. The requirements of any such arrangements shall ensure that:

  • Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement An arrangement that provides a Customer a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing CSTC traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to CSTC, the subtending arrangements between CSTC Tandem Switches and CSTC End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that CSTC maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic (5) special access, private line, Frame Relay, ATM, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party; (6) Tandem Transit Traffic; (7) Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment); or, (8) Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (or V/FX Traffic) (as defined in the Interconnection Attachment). For the purposes of this definition, a Verizon local calling area includes a Verizon non-optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement, but does not include a Verizon optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Xxxx Communications has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Xxxx Communications. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will make alternative arrangements available to Xxxx Communications (e.g. hairpinning).

  • Provisioning of High Frequency Spectrum and Splitter Space 3.2.1 BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with access to the High Frequency Spectrum as follows:
