Photo Disclosure Sample Clauses

Photo Disclosure. University has the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute and create derivative works of University related photographs or videotaped images taken in public spaces of on- campus housing residences for use in connection with the activities of the University for promotion, publicizing or explaining the University and University housing. All photos are taken without compensation to the resident or claims for payment or royalties. All electronic or non-electronic negatives, videos, slides, photographs and prints are the property of and owned by the university.
