Campus Housing. This RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT (the “Occupancy Agreement”), is executed as of this day of , 20 , by and between FRANKLIN & XXXXXXXX COLLEGE (“Landlord” or “College”) and OCCUPANT (as identified below).
Campus Housing. For those students interested in campus-style housing, rooms are available in shared mountain homes with gourmet kitchens. Single rooms with both shared and private bathrooms can be booked through Park City Lodging. The Deer Valley Club also has several condos on campus with amenities including a gym, Jacuzzi, and access to biking and hiking trails, subject to availability. Please call (000) 000-0000 for more information. From time to time, we may offer optional excursions and programs for an additional fee. One program we expect this season involves fishing with your friends and family, where you catch, clean, fillet and xxxx your own fish. Students over the age of 21 may be offered classes in wine, sake and/or whiskey education for an additional charge that will be subject to sales tax. The cost of these optional programs is not included in tuition.
Campus Housing. A space in one of Xxxxx'x 36 residence halls is guaranteed for each entering transfer. Traditional transfer students may request nonresident status because of very unusual circumstances, but the option of living off‐ campus is not normally granted. Xxx Xxxxxxxx Scholars have the option of living either off‐campus or on‐ campus.
Campus Housing. When a house on campus becomes available, it shall be assigned to a full-time Member who wishes to rent a campus house for their own use, based on seniority in years of service at Xxxxxx'x. Notwithstanding the above, should the University require one or more of the houses to be utilized for other purposes, the APBU may agree given adequate consultation. The rental charged for these houses shall be increased annually on July 1st by the same percentage as the increase given to the salary scale. The Corporation shall maintain Campus houses in good habitable condition throughout the term of the lease. The houses located at 0 xxx 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will be used for general University purposes. The house located at 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx is the Principal's residence. The house located at 0 XxxXxxxxx Xxxxx may be used for faculty office space until more permanent arrangements are made to solve academic space shortages on campus.
Campus Housing. Please note that the Institute exclusively shoulders its primary task, which falls to it as an institution of tuition and learning. The Institute and faculty accordingly do not take a role in campus services or operations, nor does the Institute receive the proceeds from (or carry the obligations of) these peripheral operations. Instead, Student Housing and Victuals fall within the domain of The Belfry Hospitality Services, an independent sole proprietorship, responsible for providing a range of services to campus residents, faculty, students and interns, formally engaged in programmes of The South African Institute for Heritage Science (Pty) Ltd. • Except on the first and last day of each trimester, campus housing is strictly off-limits to persons other than fellow, registered students of the Institute, service provider staff (hospitality and maintenance), office bearers of the Institute, or such persons as may be specifically authorized by the service provider on a case by case basis, upon request. • Acquaintances or family members wishing to visit the Student, are at all normal hours of operation welcome to freely access campus areas designated for members of the public (e.g. the campus restaurant and Campus Drive), and are encouraged to use such areas as a rendezvous and reception point, in view of the fact that they are restricted from approaching the Student's place of residence. • The restrictions on access by third parties to student housing can in certain cases be lifted if a well- motivated request is timeously presented by a Student and is brought to the Administration Office. Such requests will be considered on a case by case basis, and any exceptions made will be of a temporary nature. • Please note that once the Student has taken up residence in his or her appointed place of residence, the service provider will only consider requests for changes or exchanges if such a request is endorsed by a letter from the Institute, confirming that circumstances prevail at such Student's appointed housing which will reasonably hinder the Student's productivity if not curbed, but which arises outside the control of the service provider or the ambit of the Institute's authority. • At the end of each trimester, the Student will be required to vacate his or her place of residence, inclusive of readily portable belongings, for the duration of the recess and shall lodge his/her keys with the campus service provider with whom they have contracted for housing. • I...

When a house on Campus becomes available, it shall be assigned to a full-time member who wishes to rent a campus house for his/her own use, based not only on seniority in years of service at Xxxxxx'x but also on the needs of new Faculty appointments as determined by the Corporation in consultation with the relevant Appointments Committees. Notwithstanding the above, should the University require one or more of the houses to be utilized for other purposes, the APBU may agree given adequate consultation. Effective July 1st 1990, the rental charged for these houses shall be increased annually by the same percentage as the increase given to the salary scale in January of that year. The house located at 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx will be used for general University purposes. The house located at 0 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx is the Principal's residence.
