HELMETS TO HARDHATS Section 1. The Contractors and the Unions recognize a desire to facilitate the entry into the building and construction trades of veterans who are interested in careers in the building and construction industry. The Contractors and Unions agree to utilize the services of the Center for Military Recruitment, Assessment and Veterans Employment (hereinafter “Center”) and the Center’s “Helmets to Hardhats” program to serve as a resource for preliminary orientation, assessment of construction aptitude, referral to apprenticeship programs or hiring halls, counseling and mentoring, support network, employment opportunities and other needs as identified by the parties.
Access to and Use of Content Customer has the right to access and use applicable Content subject to the terms of applicable Order Forms, this Agreement and the Documentation.
Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.
Source of Strength 1. The board of directors of Bancorp shall take appropriate steps to fully utilize Bancorp’s financial and managerial resources, pursuant to section 225.4 (a) of Regulation Y of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the “Board of Governors”) (12 C.F.R. § 225.4(a)), to serve as a source of strength to the Bank, including, but not limited to, taking steps to ensure that the Bank complies with the Consent Order entered into with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) on April 29, 2010 and any other supervisory action taken by the Bank’s federal or state regulator.

MPS LOGO/PUBLICITY No Contractor shall use the MPS Logo in its literature or issue a press release about the subject of this Contract without prior written notice to and written approval of MPS’s Executive Director of Communications & Outreach.
Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors. Copying or reproducing the Software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is permitted by a license agreement accompanying such Software. You may not create derivative works of the Software, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Software unless otherwise permitted by law. Use of the Software is subject to the license terms of any license agreement that may accompany or is provided with the Software. You may not download any Software until you have read and accepted the terms of the accompanying software license. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE SEPARATE LICENSE AGREEMENT ACCOMPANYING THE SOFTWARE. USE OF NASA NAME AND NASA EMBLEMS A. NASA Name and Initials Partner shall not use "National Aeronautics and Space Administration" or "NASA" in a way that creates the impression that a product or service has the authorization, support, sponsorship, or endorsement of NASA, which does not, in fact, exist. Except for releases under the "Release of General Information to the Public and Media" Article, Partner must submit any proposed public use of the NASA name or initials (including press releases and all promotional and advertising use) to the NASA Associate Administrator for the Office of Communications or designee ("NASA Communications") for review and approval. Approval by NASA Office of Communications shall be based on applicable law and policy governing the use of the NASA name and initials.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS Resident consents to Owner’s use of photographs and/or video images of the Resident and the Premises, including those taken at functions or events sponsored by the Community, for the purpose of advertising the Community or other similar communities owned or operated by Owner. Owner may use these images in advertising, websites, and social networking sites such as Facebook for marketing and promotional purposes. Resident consents to the publication of these images and waives any claims against Owner for use of such images.
Photographic Release Resident gives permission to Owner and Management, to use, without liability or remuneration, any photograph or photographic image taken of the Resident while participating in Building sponsored events, or while the Resident is in the common areas, public spaces, grounds, or offices of the Building. The use of the Resident’s photograph or photographic image shall in no way be used in any other forum other than for legitimate business purposes.
