Photographic Release. Resident gives permission to Owner and Management, to use, without liability or remuneration, any photograph or photographic image taken of the Resident while participating in Building sponsored events, or while the Resident is in the common areas, public spaces, grounds, or offices of the Building. The use of the Resident’s photograph or photographic image shall in no way be used in any other forum other than for legitimate business purposes.
Photographic Release. I understand that photographs may be taken during this activity and hereby grant the District permission to use any such photo(s) for advertising or in promotional materials.
Photographic Release. Rider does xxxxxx xxxxx and convey unto EZ Rider all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by EZ Ride or its agents related to the Rider’s transportation activities with the Service, as well as, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such use of said photographs, images, videos, or audio recordings.
Photographic Release. I understand that any photographs taken by Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Academy may be used by FCA for promotional purposes including our monthly newsletter, newspaper, Facebook and Website posts. I understand that if I choose my child’s picture not be included, I must submit a written request to the office. I understand that this request does not apply to any photographs taken and used by individuals outside of official school purposes (including parents and event attendees).
Photographic Release. As a condition of Participant’s participation in the Activities, Participant understands and agrees that during the Activities Participant may be photographed and/or videotaped by Simplot for internal or promotional use, and hereby grants Simplot, the Simplot Games, and Simplot Games directors and representatives a license to use Participant’s name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, video, biographical and other information (collectively, “Likeness”), in perpetuity and in any media platform or format whatsoever, and to distribute, broadcast and exhibit these without charge, compensation, restriction or liability, but only for the purposes of advertising or promoting the Simplot Games.
Photographic Release. I hereby grant and convey unto Dorchester Habitat for Humanity, Inc., Habitat for Humanity International, Inc. and Thrivent Financial all right, title and interest in any and all photographs and video/audio/electronic recordings of me, including as to my name, image and voice, made by or on behalf of any of the Released Parties during my Activities with the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, the right to use such materials for any purpose and to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from them. I understand that I will not have any ownership interest in or to such photographs, images and/or recordings. I have not been provided or promised any compensation to me, and I hereby waive any rights, privileges or claims based on any right of publicity, privacy, ownership or any other rights arising, relating to or resulting from the photographs, images and/or recordings. I understand and agree that this paragraph also applies to my minor child(ren) who are volunteering.
Photographic Release. I authorize Buffalo Bayou Partnership and its affiliates to record my participation in this program/event and to and use in any manner and without restrictions, all materials produced pursuant to this release, including but not limited to any photograph or recorded image of either me or property belonging to me, any recording of my voice or statements made by me for any purpose, and any use of my name during the process of such recordings, in whole or in part, without inspection or further consent or approval by me or by my parent or guardian (if applicable) of the finished product or any use which may be made of it. I further agree that BBP may copyright, copy, modify, alter, duplicate, broadcast and/or distribute any or all such materials without limitation, through any means whatsoever.
Photographic Release. I understand that photographs, recordings, or videos may be taken during this activity, and hereby grant the City permission use my image and/or that of the named minor, which may be captured through video, photo, digital camera or other media during participation in online or in-person classes, for City of Sunnyvale promotional materials and publications.
Photographic Release. Member hereby grants, on behalf of Member, Member’s family and Member’s guests, the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any photographs taken or may be taken of Member, Member’s family and Member’s guests or in which any may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including the internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration. Member hereby releases and discharges Club, on behalf of Member, Member’s family and Member’s guests, from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the Members, legal representatives, and assigns of Club, as well as the person(s) for whom Club took the photographs. This release shall be binding upon Member, Member’s family and Member’s guests and our heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
Photographic Release. Volunteer (and Guardian) does hereby grant and convey unto Habitat all right, title and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by Habitat during the Volunteer’s Activities with Habitat, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings. Any intellectual property rights (i.e. trademark or copyright) from any form of photographs belong exclusively to Habitat.
