PHYSICAL THERAPISTS AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS. Physical therapists and occupational therapists shall be on the same salary schedule as teachers, shall continue to be eligible for advanced study salary credit, and shall continue to be entitled to participate in all fringe benefits, personnel benefits, and other relevant programs available to teachers. The provisions and terms of this Agreement shall be applicable to physical therapists and occupational therapists.
