LSU warrants and agrees that the aggregate compensation paid by LSU to each Resident completing clinical Resident Rotations and each HSC-S Faculty member providing Teaching and Supervision Services hereunder does not and will not during the Term of this Agreement vary with, or take into account, the volume or value of referrals or other business generated by the Resident’s referrals to the Hospitals.
