Supervision Services. This includes pediatric preventive services such as newborn screenings, appropriate immunizations, developmental assessments and laboratory services appropriate to the age of the child from birth to 72 months and appropriate immunizations to age 18.
Supervision Services. 1. Placed youth, admitted under this Agreement, shall receive the quality, level and manner of care and supervision by CONTRACTOR as furnished to sheltered youth placed from within Lincoln County, except as hereafter excepted. 2. CONTRACTOR shall assign a Facility staff person to each placed youth as liaison to track progress of TILLAMOOK COUNTY toward disposition of the placed youth, to implement such arrangements as may be required to facilitate expeditious release, and to coordinate planning for disposition. CONTRACTOR's staff shall not be required to provide those counseling services customarily furnished to placed youth preparatory to any adjudicative process. 3. CONTRACTOR shall provide to placed youth those medical services which are regularly provided under the Juvenile Facility Health Program administered by CONTRACTOR. All other medical services for placed youth, including but not limited to emergency and non-emergency services requiring outside physicians or other health professionals, prescription medications and medical supplies, shall be arranged for and paid by TILLAMOOK COUNTY. 4. If CONTRACTOR determines that a need for emergency services exists, that determination shall control, and CONTRACTOR is authorized to secure such services. CONTRACTOR shall provide TILLAMOOK COUNTY with immediate notice of such services, and TILLAMOOK COUNTY shall reimburse CONTRACTOR for any expenses connected therewith within thirty (30) days of receipt of CONTRACTOR’s monthly billing.
Supervision Services. The remuneration for the Supervision Services will be as set out in Appendix B to the Form of Agreement and shall be either: (a) A sum which equates to a percentage of the Budget Sum or the Accepted Tender Sum whichever is the lesser and adjusted wherever applicable for those items listed under Clause 8.0. The said Budget Sum may, however, be reduced in value in the event Works included in the Budget Sum subsequently become works to be undertaken by Specialists [see Clause 5.0 hereinbefore], or (b) A fixed lumpsum amount, or (c) A rate per month related to the supervision input see Clauses 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 hereinbefore. No modification to the remuneration, as stated in Clause 7.2(a) or (b) above, will be allowed due to an adjustment of the period of Supervision under Clause 2.6 hereof. However, where the period of Supervision has been affected due to a written instruction of the Client the consequences of which necessitated an extension in the original Period of Supervision, then the Consulting Engineer shall be entitled to an increase in accordance with the rates as set out in Appendix—C to the Form of Agreement as agreed upon between the parties.

Every adult accompanying any child or young person, is required to be in a supervisor role and must have adequate authority and experience (as determined by the hiring group), to manage groups alone for risk assessment purposes. Supervision Services. One hour of supervision shall be conducted for every fifteen (15) hours of client contact by the supervisee. Supervision must be held no less than once every other week. Supervision may be held in individual or group format. Each supervision session will be a minimum of one hour and group supervision will be 1.5 hours. Supervisor notes will be shared with Supervisee at Supervisors’ discretion and at the request of the Supervisee. Examine Supervisee’s description of client presenting problems. Review description of client strengths in the client record. Assess the treatment plan assuring that all diagnoses and issues are addressed. Require that the Supervisee provide a clear rationale that justifies the diagnosis and treatment plan. Discuss and role play Supervisee’s basic attending and clinical skills, and observe client interaction with a client if appropriate. Intervene in Supervisee’s plan or decision-making when client welfare is at risk. Discuss, demonstrate and model reflective thought. Monitor Supervisee’s practice and ensure Professional Code of Ethics is upheld. Plan and encourage Supervisee to engage in Deliberate Practice activities. Arrive prepared; for weekly supervision. Apprize the supervisor of the diagnosis and treatment plan of each client. Be prepared to discuss all client cases in an orderly manner – have case notes. Justify client case conceptualizations made and approach and techniques used. Complete supervision case notes and place in appropriate client files. Keep Record of Supervision including: Cases discussed. Summary of discussion with Supervisor. Directions giving by Supervisor. Plan for the next session with the client. Supervision Services. 2.1 The conduct of research degree programmes at Keele University is governed by the Code of Practice on Postgraduate Research Degrees (“Code of Practice”). A copy of the latest version accompanies this Agreement (receipt of which the Supervisor confirms), and the most up-to-date version is always available on the University’s website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/students/academiclife/currentpgrstudents/pgrcodeofpractice/ The Supervisor agrees to ensure that he or she is aware of, and follows the requirements of, the most recent version of the Code of Practice at any time. The Postgraduate/Postgraduate Research Director will bring to the attention of the Co-Supervisor any significant amendments which may affect the provision of the supervision services specified. 2.2 The Supervisor will be directly accountable to the Postgraduate/Postgraduate Research Director in the Student’s Faculty/Research Institute for the provision of supervision services. 2.3 In general terms, the Supervisor will be required to perform all those services which are required of Co-Supervisors under the Code of Practice, including those additional services set out in the Faculty’s/Research Institute’s Postgraduate Research Degree Handbook (which forms an integral part of the Code of Practice). In specific circumstances, some of these activities may be either unnecessary (because of the stage of progress of the student) or may be undertaken by University staff members. 2.4 The exact nature of the supervision services as set out in 2.3 above may be moderated by details set out in the attached Schedule relating to the circumstances of the specific student. 2.5 The Co-Supervisor will perform the supervision services personally, and undertakes that appropriate time will be spent (if appropriate, at the University) on the supervision services, including the preparation of any documentation, to ensure the timely completion of work within any set deadlines. 2.6 The Co-Supervisor shall keep detailed records of all things done in relation to the provision of supervision services, and at the University’s request shall make them available for inspection and/or provide copies to the University.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • Medical Services Plan Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the plan.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.
