PIGGY-BACK, BARGE, ETC. (a) The parties reserve the right to negotiate, during the life of this Agreement, special pay rates and conditions for employees engaged in operations which combine with or are part of other methods of transportation; such as, piggy-back, barge, flexi-van, tri-level, bi-level, etc. If the parties are unable to agree upon such matters, the Union may engage in lawful economic recourse in support of its demands. PIGGY-BACK, BARGE, ETC. The Employer reserves the right to use piggy-back, birdie-back, fishy-back or barge operations, etc. over any and all routes where he has established relay runs or through runs.
