Pilot Hiring. Manager shall identify, interview, hire and assign a mutually agreed number of pilots for the Aircraft as set forth in the Term Sheet. Only pilots identified, interviewed, hired or otherwise engaged, and assigned by Manager shall crew the Aircraft. All pilots are and shall be employed and/or contracted by Manager.
