Plaintiffs’ Authority. Class Counsel represent and warrant that they are authorized to take all appropriate actions required or permitted to be taken by or on behalf of the Plaintiffs and, subsequent to an appropriate Court Order, the Settlement Class in order to effectuate the terms of this Agreement and are also authorized to enter into appropriate modifications or amendments to this Agreement on behalf of the Plaintiffs and, subsequent to an appropriate Court Order, the Class Members.
