Plan Access. You can obtain credit advances in any manner authorized by us. If we allow you to use your ATM/Debit card to access the Plan, you may be liable for the unauthorized use of your ATM/Debit card. You will not be liable for unauthorized use that occurs after you notify us, orally or in writing, of the loss, theft, or possible unauthorized use. If you believe your ATM/Debit card has been lost or stolen, immediately inform the Credit Union by calling or writing us at the telephone number or address that appears elsewhere in the Plan. If the card is used to obtain unauthorized advances directly from the Plan, your liability will not exceed $50.00. If the unauthorized withdrawal is from a share draft account, your liability is governed by the Regulation E disclosures you received at the time you received your ATM/Debit card, even if the withdrawal results in an advance being made from your overdraft subaccount.

Plan Access. Members shall have the right to enroll in health care plans available to faculty on the Twin Cities campus, e.g., Health Partners Classic and Patient Choice 1 (Twin Cities) in 2004, at the same cost charged to faculty on the Twin Cities Campus.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sub-administrator neither warrants that the Web Link will be uninterrupted or error free, nor guarantees the accessibility, reliability, performance, timeliness, sequence, or completeness of information provided on the Web Link.

  • Tenant Access Landlord, in Landlord’s reasonable discretion and upon receipt of a written request from Tenant, may grant Tenant a license to have access to the Premises prior to the Completion Date to allow Tenant to do other work required by Tenant to make the Premises ready for Tenant’s use and (the “Tenant’s Pre-Occupancy Work”). It shall be a condition to the grant by Landlord and continued effectiveness of such license that:

  • Stock Ownership Guidelines Executive will comply with all stock ownership and stock retention guidelines or policies established by the Board and the Committee, as in effect from time to time.

  • Business Continuity Plan The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Tenant’s Access Tenant's access to the premises may be conditioned in any manner deemed reasonably necessary by Landlord to maintain order on the premises. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, verifying Tenant's identity, limiting hours of operation, and inspecting vehicles. Notwithstanding installation of such devices, Landlord shall in no event be liable for any damages or injury caused by Tenant’s inability to move between floors or to gain access to, or exit from the premises, whether because of mechanical or other electrical failure of the elevators, automatic access doors or electronic entry devices, or for any other reason. Access will be denied to any party other than the Tenant, unless said party retains gate code and key to lock on Space or has supplied Landlord with written authorization from the Tenant to enter the Space.
