  • Demographic, Classification and Wage Information XXXXXX agrees to coordinate the accumulation and distribution of demographic, classification and wage data, as specified in the Letter of Understanding dated December 14, 2011, to CUPE on behalf of Boards of Education. The data currently housed in the Employment Data and Analysis Systems (EDAS) will be the source of the requested information.

  • Records Generally Xxxxxx agrees to keep and to have in its possession complete and accurate books and records showing the production and disposition of any and all substances produced on the leased land and to permit Lessor, at all reasonable hours, to examine the same, or to furnish copies of same to Lessor upon request along with purchaser's support documentation. Lessor will not be unreasonable with requests. All said books and records shall be retained by Xxxxxx and made available in Colorado to Lessor for a period of not less than five (5) years.

  • Alternative Risk Financing Programs The County reserves the right to review, and then approve, Contractor use of self-insurance, risk retention groups, risk purchasing groups, pooling arrangements and captive insurance to satisfy the Required Insurance provisions.   • Cloud Computing State Risk and Authorization Management Program In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.0593, Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, if providing cloud computing services for System Agency, Contractor must comply with the requirements of the state risk and authorization management program and that System Agency may not enter or renew a contract with Contractor to purchase cloud computing services for the agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program unless Contractor demonstrates compliance with program requirements. If providing cloud computing services for System Agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program, Contractor certifies it will maintain program compliance and certification throughout the term of the Contract.

Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below.
