Common use of Plan Costs Clause in Contracts

Plan Costs. The parties agree that during the term of the 2016-2018 Master Agreement each teacher participating in a 403(b) Plan through payroll deduction shall pay the monthly common remitter service fee, currently one ($1.00) dollar per month, and the Board shall pay all other 403(b) Plan fees, including set-up and compliance fees.
