Membership and Accounts Important Information about Procedures for Opening New Accounts. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account, we will ask you your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
UNION MEMBERSHIP AND CHECKOFF 5.01 Neither the Employer nor the Union will compel employees to join the Union. The Employer will not discriminate against any employee because of Union membership or lack of it, and will inform all new employees of the contractual relationship between the Employer and the Union.
UNION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES (a) The Employer will deduct Union dues from the pay of each Employee in the Bargaining Unit, in the amount specified in writing by the Union, and shall remit same to the Union as soon as practicable and not later than 10 Working Days following the pay period end date.

Membership and Dues 4.10 Membership Employees are not required to join the Association as a condition of employment. However, whether or not Employees are members of the Association they shall, as a condition of employment, pay the equivalent of union dues to the Association.
Ownership and Confidentiality 3.1 Ownership. UP42 own all right, title, and interests in and to the PRODUCT, and all rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by UP42. If the PRODUCT or any portion are modified, merged, incorporated, or combined into any software, hardware, or other data, or are converted or translated into another data format, they shall continue to be subject to the rights and obligations of this LICENCE, and UP42 and/or its licensors and suppliers retain ownership of all such PRODUCT and all such portions. Licensee is prohibited from distributing the PRODUCT in any manner except as expressly permitted by this LICENCE. LICENSEE acknowledges and agrees that the foregoing license does not confer on Licensee any right, title or interest in any of UP42’s patents, licenses, trade secrets, trademarks or copyrighted material.
Ownership and Reuse of Documents All documents, data, reports, research, graphic presentation materials, etc., developed by Contractor as a part of its work under this Agreement, shall become the property of County upon completion of this Agreement, or in the event of termination or cancellation thereof, at the time of payment under Section 3 for work performed. Contractor shall promptly furnish all such data and material to County on request.
UNION MEMBERSHIP AND DUES CHECK-OFF 7.01 All Employees covered by this Agreement shall become members of the Union as a condition of employment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employees currently employed by the Board, who have previously opted out of membership in the Union, shall not be compelled to join.
Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Members have the ability to change their plan from one plan to another but the plans cannot be unbundled. Each plan has been designed carefully to include those elements associated with the main intent of a particular plan.
