The adoption and continuance of this Plan by the Employer (or Participating Employer) shall not be deemed to constitute a contract of employment between the Employer (or Participating Employer) and any Participant, Employee or other person; nor shall it be deemed to be consideration for, inducement to, or a condition of employment of any person.
