Common use of Plan Registration Clause in Contracts

Plan Registration. (a) Upon receipt of the Benefciary’s Social Insurance Number within the time period specifed in section 2.02(a), if the Plan has not otherwise been registered as an RESP, the Agent will apply for registration of the Plan as an RESP. (b) In the event that the Condition Subsequent occurs, the Plan is determined by the Canada Revenue Agency not to be registerable as an RESP, or the Subscriber requests a total Contribution Refund if such request is made within sixty (60) days after the signing of the Application, the Agreement shall be terminated.
