Common use of Plan Registration Clause in Contracts

Plan Registration. (a) Upon receipt of the Beneficiary’s Social Insurance Number within the time period specified in section 2.02(a), if the Plan has not otherwise been registered as an RESP, the Agent will apply for registration of the Plan as an RESP.
