Common use of Plan Reviews Clause in Contracts

Plan Reviews. Mundelein Community Development Staff planners will complete plan reviews for zoning, subdivision, building permit, and other development applications received by Long Grove. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will coordinate such plan reviews with the Mundelein Building Department and Long Grove staff as appropriate. All such plans reviews will include a review of compliance with the Long Grove Zoning Code and related sections of the Long Grove Municipal Code (including, when applicable, the Long Grove Subdivision Ordinance).
