Planned Outage Schedule. Not less than fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the start of the Total Supply Period and to each subsequent anniversary thereof, the Seller shall provide to the Buyer a schedule setting out each of the Planned Outages in the forthcoming year ("Planned Outage Schedule").
