Planning, Testing and Evaluation. a. To submit reasonably detailed monthly – or, in the case of special concern, daily plans or course outlines in advance to the principal at his or her discretion. b. To test students regularly for academic achievements and educational needs and to administer standardized tests as necessary. c. To prepare students’ reports at specific times for the report cards and/or progress report sheets. d. To submit to the principal recommendations for promotion, accelerations or failure. e. To complete administrative records. f. To be available, as reasonably required, to meet parents for discussion about their children’s progress.
