Common use of Plant and Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Plant and Maintenance. (i) attention shall be given to preventive maintenance (this item may be provided by outside parties if economically feasible) and, to the extent deemed feasible by the Manager and the Owner, the services of regular Facility maintenance employees shall be used; and (ii) the Manager shall make recommendations to the Owner regarding entering into contracts with qualified independent contractors for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems and laundry equipment and for extraordinary repairs beyond the capability of regular Facility maintenance employees.
