Planting and Digging. Because of the great number of utility lines and drops located on the premises, it is understood that Lessee will not dig, or cause to be dug, any holes (such as for trees or shrubs) nor drive or cause to be driven, rods or poles into the ground, nor will the ground be rototilled, without the express written permission of the Lessor. Lessee shall be fully liable and responsible for any harm caused by violation of this provision and shall indemnify and hold Lessor harmless therefore.

Planting and Digging. Due to the great number of utility lines and drops located on the Premises, Resident shall not dig any holes (such as for trees or shrubs) nor drive rods or poles into the ground, nor will the ground be rototilled, without the prior written consent of Owner, Resident shall be fully liable and responsible for any harm caused by violation of this paragraph and shall hold Owner harmless there from. Resident shall only hire contractors who are licensed to perform the intended work and insured for the amounts and for the liabilities as is reasonable and customary in their trade or business.

  • Cutting and Patching The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.

  • Printing and Distribution The School District will, at its own expense, print sufficient copies of this Agreement for present and new employees.

  • Employee Training and Discipline To train and use reasonable measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of this Addendum by employees who assist in the performance of functions or activities on behalf of County under this Agreement and use or disclose PHI; and discipline such employees who intentionally violate any provisions of this Addendum, including by termination of employment. Packing case size and weights shall take into consideration, where appropriate, the remoteness of the goods' final destination and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates.
