Plaque. Donor will submit potential wording for the plaque to TPRD who will work with the donor to ensure the wording is acceptable for approval.
Plaque. Grantor agrees that Grantee at Grantee’s expense may provide and maintain a plaque or marker on the Building, which plaque or marker shall not exceed 6 inches by 24 inches in size, giving notice of the significance of the Building and the existence of this Restriction. The plaque or marker shall be approved by Grantor prior to installation, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld and shall be placed in a location visible to the public to be determined by the Grantor.

Grantee shall have the right to install a plaque of suitable design, not larger than 81/2inch1; × 11inch1; on the Premises, at a point easily visible by the public, from a public way, which plaque shall name the architect, the date of construction and state that the Premises are subject to a Conservation Right held by Grantee. Grantor further agrees that Grantee shall have the exclusive right to exploit representations of the Premises in a tasteful manner on prints, photos, "T" shirts, literature and three dimensional items.

Plaque. All Recipients must also install a plaque of significant size at a location readily visible to the public, bearing the appropriate logos, project name and the text ‘This project is [funded/part-funded] by the UK Government through the Town Deal Fund.’
Plaque. The Owner agrees to allow the City to erect a plaque on the Building or Property, in a tasteful manner and at the City’s expense, indicating that the City holds a conservation easement on the Property.
