Plat Recording. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 5(h) of the Original Agreement, the Parties agree that the HRA Parcel may be conveyed to Xxxxx Retail as currently platted and in such event, Xxxxx Retail will be responsible to record the Plat after the Xxxxx Retail Closing, but in no event later than August 31, 2022. The HRA agrees to cooperate with Xxxxx Retail to the extent necessary to record the Plat after the Xxxxx Retail Closing.

Plat Recording. The City has approved the Plat and the County, in order to record the same as of the Effective Date, requires the Developer to execute this Agreement whereby the Developer will have the obligation, per the terms and conditions contained herein, to install and construct the Railroad Crossings Improvements.

  • Tape-recording Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Trust in writing.   • Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter.
