Common use of Plate Glass Clause in Contracts

Plate Glass. Tenant shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair or damage of the plate glass on the Premises, and shall have the obligation to insure the risk pursuant to Section 12.3.6 hereof. Tenant shall be liable for any claim, loss or damage related thereto. Tenant’s responsibility for maintenance, repair or damage of the plate glass includes its replacement in the event repair of the glass would not restore the glass to its original condition at the time of installation.

Plate Glass. Tenant shall be responsible for the maintenance, repair or damage maintenance of the plate glass on the Premises, and but shall have the obligation option either to insure the risk pursuant to Section 12.3.6 hereof. 9.3(c) hereof or to self-insure same, which shall obligate Tenant shall to be personally liable for any claim, loss or damage related thereto, together with the cost of the repair of same. Tenant’s 's responsibility for maintenance, repair or damage maintenance of the plate glass includes its replacement in the event repair of the glass would not restore the glass to its original condition and specifications at the time of installation. In the event Tenant replaces the plate glass, Tenant shall replace it with plate glass that conforms with the original plate glass specifications.
