PLAYER AND CLUB PENALTIES, SUSPENSION OF A PLAYER BY A CLUB. 1. In the event of an ineligible player playing in a qualifying fixture, the offending team shall lose any points gained from the fixture and shall be penalised three (3) further points. The team offended against shall receive a maximum of three (3) points for the win. Any goals and fairest & best votes should only be counted for the team offended against. Goals scored and fairest & best votes for the offending team shall be deducted. Amended: 25/03/08 2. The penalty for playing an ineligible player in any finals fixture will result in a forfeit.
