PLUMBING FOREMEN. On any job or in any shop where plumbing work is to be performed by two (2) or more employees, at least one (1) of the plumbers shall be designated and paid as xxxxxxx and additional foremen designated and paid on the basis of minimum requirements outlined in the schedule below (for purposes of this subsection, the word “employees” means journeymen or apprentice plumbers.)
