PM’s as District Representative Sample Clauses

PM’s as District Representative. PM will act as District’s agent to render the Services and furnish the work as described in Exhibit A, commencing with the receipt of a written Notice to Proceed signed by District Representative. PM’s services will be completed in accordance with the schedule attached as Exhibit C. During the Project’s Construction Phase, District may require that the Contractors submit all notices and communication relating to the Project directly to PM.
