PMSC Sample Clauses

PMSC. The PMSC Group shall not be responsible for loss of or damage caused to or sustained by the property of the Service Provider’s Group (including, without limitation, the Vessels) or incur any liability in respect of personal injury, illness or death of any individual member of the Service Provider’s Group (whether on board a Vessel or not) arising out of or in any way connected with the performance of this Contract, even if such loss, damage, injury or death is caused wholly or partially by the act, neglect or default of the PMSC Group. The Service Provider expressly agrees and undertakes to hold harmless, defend, indemnify and waive all rights of recourse against the PMSC Group from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities or causes of action of any kind or character, made by or available to any person or party, for injury to, illness or death of any of the Service Provider’s Group, or for damage to or loss of property owned by or in the possession of, the Service Provider’s Group.

  • SSA agrees to establish a means of secondary verification (including updating SSA records as may be necessary) for employees who contest SSA tentative nonconfirmations that is designed to provide final confirmation or nonconfirmation of the employees' employment eligibility within 10 Federal Government work days of the date of referral to SSA, unless it determines that more than 10 days may be necessary. In such cases, SSA will provide additional verification instructions.

  • Purchasing Entities This Participating Addendum may be used by (a) all departments, offices, institutions, and other agencies of the State of Vermont and counties (each a “State Purchaser”) according to the process for ordering and other restrictions applicable to State Purchasers set forth herein; and (b) political subdivisions of the State of Vermont and any institution of higher education chartered in Vermont and accredited or holding a certificate of approval from the State Board of Education as authorized under 29 V.S.A. § 902 (each an “Additional Purchaser”). Issues concerning interpretation and eligibility for participation are solely within the authority of the State of Vermont Chief Procurement Officer. The State of Vermont and its officers and employees shall have no responsibility or liability for Additional Purchasers.
