Point of Contact/Account Manager. Agency shall appoint a Point of Contact/Account Manager who is responsible for the overall success and establishing a relationship with the City. The Account Manager will handle program needs and requirements, facilitate communication with the City’s Program Office and the contingent worker, monitor/ensure the quality of performance of contingent workers, and attend meetings with the City’s Program Office and Contract Compliance representatives. The Account Manager must be experienced and readilyaccessible. The Account Manager shall familiarize him or herself with the City’s culture and environment to ensure proper placements. If the Account Manager is away from the office for an extended period or replaced, HR must be notified in writing immediately. The HR Contingent Workforce Management Office (CWM) are the sole City representatives authorized to place joborders with Agency.
